Thomas Stevning-Roe

I was born in Marshfield, Wisconsin where I studied piano for ten years, played string bass in school orchestra and took private lessons for bass for a year.  I sang in multiple vocal groups in high school, like the Central Wisconsin Chamber Chorale, the Madrigal choir and a barbershop quartet.  Now I am a Junior at the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities where I study Music Education-Choral and Political Science.  As a tenor, I have sung in the University Singers for three years and study voice under Prof. John De Haan.  I have also sung as a choral apprentice in the Minnesota Chorale and with the Lyra Baroque Orchestra.  Several years ago, I played bass in the orchestra pit for the Fantastiks.
